Kathy Lewis

Kathy Lewis is the CEO and President of The Promise Group. With 30 years of experience as an award-winning educator, behavioral specialist, and risk manager, she has forged change in both education and business. In 2014, she founded The Promise Group and has since spent a decade developing responsible, truth-filled Promise Informed content aimed at helping individuals achieve enhanced personal and professional outcomes. Additionally, she has served as an executive coach and consultant to various business and community leaders, earning her regional and national recognition that has established her as prominent speaker and respected National Thought Leader within the growing Promise Informed community.

Melanie Jager

Melanie Jager serves as the Vice President of The Promise Group and the Executive Director of The Promise Informed Institute. With 20 years of experience as a career educator, she has taken the lead on numerous education development projects. Since 2014, she has collaborated with Kathy Lewis to create and refine the principles, practices, and tools of Promise Informed, focusing on systems and curriculum. Her true passion lies in helping people collaborate effectively, and over the past decade, she has enjoyed sharing Promise Informed concepts as a project developer and team trainer, while leading collaboration and product development at the Promise Informed Institute—a consortium dedicated to creating Promise Informed products and services.
