PROMISE Informed Certifications

Gold Standard in Excellence
Earning a PI Certification is a pathway to establishing and maintaining excellence in daily thinking, decision-making, planning, and action. If you are interested in professional development and continuing education that supports gold standard level performance and production outcomes, you will appreciate the value-added experience of PI certification courses.
Certification Levels
Multiple levels of certification are available in order to accommodate a participant's level of interest, need, and/or time availability. Some certification time requirements are similar to continuing education courses that typically take 3 - 6 hours. Some certifications may take longer to complete but are all designed to require minimal time but produce maximum impact. The content, topics, and themes are unique to PI and cover a range of interests. Some PI course certification trainings can be completed online, and others are in-person training sessions.

Post-Certification Coaching
PI certification training and courses teach practices that establish and maintain a mindset for how to see, think, make decisions, and take action to yield enhanced outcomes. It is an integrated way to approach daily life - it is truly a lifestyle choice. PI certifications can cover a variety of themes and topics. Trainings and courses are tiered to accommodate a participant's level of interest, need, and availability. The trainings and courses teach and build new skills, or they support the further development of existing skills. Individual PI coaching is strongly recommended for up to 1-year post-certification but is not required.

Post-Certification Opportunities
Certification level depends entirely on the individual. Levels of certification vary to customize the experience based on interest, need, and want. Post-certification opportunities are determined based on what the participant wants to accomplish within the parameters of their certification.
Lifestyle and professional coaching, team trainer, influencer, and professional group/organization designations are earned with PI certifications. It is up to the certified individual or team to decide how they want to apply their certification within the allowable parameters.
Whether or not you pursue a coaching or training position/career with a PI certification, having experienced PI content will develop you as a more integrated individual - one whose daily efforts will be enhanced at home, at work, and in your community. This is because all PI content and training is based on universal principals that focus on setting the mind for success by seeing what is right, changing what is changeable, and pursuing what is possible.
